Giuliana Marchesi focuses in particular on Corporate Law and Insolvency, continuing her study and research. She is a Member of the Italian Society for Insolvency Studies ("Società Italiana di Studi Concorsuali").

During the years, she has gained great experience in litigation on directors and officers' liability, both from the plaintiff and the defendant side, working in synergy with qualified accounting experts and criminal lawyers.

Giuliana Marchesi manages due diligence activities aimed at the fulfilment of extraordinary corporate transactions and bankruptcy agreements and proceedings.

She graduated Magna cum Laude at the State University of Milan and she worked as a researcher at the same university in the field of civil procedure and she is a member of the Milan Bar.

She speaks Italian and English.
